By accessing or using the services provided by VANTAGE Digital Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our website or services.

VANTAGE specializes in full-stack computer programming, AI automation, and ICT consultancy. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines for any project shall be governed by separate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or project contracts executed between VANTAGE and the client.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all proprietary algorithms, AI frameworks, and software architectures developed by VANTAGE remain the intellectual property of VANTAGE Digital Solutions. Clients are granted licenses purely for the use of the final deliverables as specified in their individual contracts.

VANTAGE Digital Solutions provides high-end IT services with professional care. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our specialized digital solutions or managed facilities.
